Voting to differentiate No1 and No2

Instruction: There are two candidates were scored the same, we need to differentiate No.1 and No.2 by voting again.Amoung 12 assessors (ex. Ma Linsheng), if one candidate won more than 6 votes, then it will be No.1 and another one will be No.2.
