[图片1]Christine Ye, nominated by Chris Drew Christine has really stepped up this month while Graeme and I have been away. She has been coordinating and planning for several current and future projects, an area that is outside of her normal roll.  [图片2]Accountability: Christine has been using the phrase "I got it" to take things off our plates. We will be discussing a project and what needs to be done and here comes Christine saying she will do this, that and the other. Integrity: These are not items that fall under Christine's job description, but are things that help the company. This has meant extra time at the office and a very very busy schedule. Thirst for Learning: Another area that Christine has excelled at this month is with trying to develop relationships. There were several events that others could not attend and Christine volunteered herself to go. Through these events she is beginning to build relationships that should help PL down the road.Passion: A smile. Christine is a very positive person and helps to keep us laughing throughout the day.

[图片1]Kimi Shi, nominated by Eric Sun Kimi has had to fill in over the past two months for a recently departed consultant and picked up a nearly twice the workload a consultant is normally tasked with. In addition, he is been communicating back and forth to work from Suzhou to Shanghai every day  Integrity: Continuously writes reports and follow up emails during the evenings Thirst for Learning: He's brought and tested a new mold remediation vendor and has been auditing them the past month[图片2]
