公司组织体检的目的是：The purpsoe of annual health check,1、关心员工健康状况，如果有重大异常，督促员工防患于未然，及时治疗，避免重大问题发生。Care about employee's health, if have subnormal, then push employees take actions and cure, avoid big problems happenning.2、三高问题已经成为影响大众健康的突出问题，通过体检，督促员工养成良好生活习惯，避免三高问题影响个人身体和工作。high blood pressure, high blood fatness and high blood sugar become big issues of normal people, we want to push employees have a heathy living style and habit to avoid they influence employee's health and work.所以，公司组织体检，希望了解到体检结果。So, if the company organize the health check, we expect to know the result.如果愿意参加年度体检，并愿意将体检结果给公司存档的（公司仅少数不超过3人知道结果，并承诺保密），公司承担费用(RMB214.4)，请登记、报名。If you are unwilling to attend annual halth check, and willing to put the result shared by the company(maximum 3 of the company know and promise will keep confidential), the company will burden the expense, please register.体检机构：爱康国宾Health check institution: Ai Kang Guo Bing体检项目check item,1、血常规五分类(Five categories of blood routine)2、肝功能三项( three liver functions) 3、心电图( ECG)4、空腹血糖(FBG)5、血脂二项(blood lipids binomial)6、肾功三项(Three items of kidney function)7、尿微量白蛋白(Urine microalbumin)8、血压(blood pressure) 备注：公司不会因体检结果有异常，就实施歧视。The company will not make discrimination because of health check issues
