Customer satisfaction of domestic car brands in China

Dear Participant!
We are students from Kristianstad University in Sweden. The website for our school is www.hkr.se. You will look at a questionnaire from us, this questionnaire is necessary for us, because it is will be as an important part in our thesis. So please give us the correct information, because the answer from the questionnaire is connected with empirics and analysis. The purpose of our thesis is evaluated the customer satisfaction for domestic car brands in China, so we want to research the customer satisfaction degree, if you bought a domestic car brands in China once, we hope your corporation and support to help us answer our questions. Our questionnaire has 15 questions, and it is divided into two sections. Sections I - Question 1 to Question 3 - are the responders’ personal information include: Age, job, income. Section II – Questions 4 to Question 15 are research questions. We want to know some specific and important information, such as closing conditions, process of delivery the car, space comfortable inside the car, the facilities and so on. We will use these data from your answered and make statistical description and statistical tests. If you have any questions please send an e-mail to us.
