Where is your assignment location in July 13-17?

Conference will provide hotel room from July 12 to July 16, with 2 people of same gender sharing 1 twin-room. Do you need it? (For those who don't want to share room, please do make your own registration and ensure that your recommondation budget is less than CNY￥300/night.)

Please enlist your check-in / check-out date & time.

(It is suggested that your arrival to hotel should be before 2pm on July 12 and departure from Shanghai after 3pm (Hongqiao airport)/4pm (Pudong airport) on July 17.)

Please enlist the subject of your invoice in Chinese. i.e., 伊顿（中国）投资有限公司

Do you need to take the shuttle bus from RHQ to hotel at 13:00 on July 17, Friday?

Are you willing to be the functional coordinator in the conference?

(Functional coordinator will help us on below issues: coordinating conference related issues, organizing DPs to prepare talent show on July 12, and leading DPs to prepare the best practice sharing on July 17.)
