Computer has become an inseparable necessity for our daily life, work, and social activity. However, excessive/improper use may cause damage to our musculoskeletal system and soft tissue, or bring discomfort to a part of our body, called work-related musculoskeletal disease (WMSD).
Ergonomics is a science that studies the relationships between people, human activities, human equipment, and human environment. Its main perpose is to make work suitable for people! Good ergonomics at work will reduce the incidence rate of work-related musculoskeletal disorders, improve work efficiency and employee satisfaction.
