How do you rate the quality of the Lead Overseas Teachers' support for you for the past  school year ?

1、Understandschool ’s culture and policies:Support all the overseas teachers to understand and adapt our culture and policies (including China, Golden Apple Education Group and our school), to help them building the sense of belonging to school
2、 Teambuilding:Create positive and harmonious environment for overseas teacher’s team. Encourage overseas teachers to communicate with each other openly and positively. Help teachers to create a collaborative and friendly culture for negotiation.
3. Cooperatewith leadership:Communicate and share with leadershipabout overseas teachers’ thoughts, ideas and needs. Find the ways to solveproblem together and give constructive suggestions to management.
4.Build relationship:Promote the understanding andcommunication between overseas teachers and Chinese staff/parents.
5. Appreciate the uniqueness:Aware of each teacher’s skills, strengths and experiences.Use creative thinking and action to promote school’s development.

3.Have positive influence on overseas teacher’s team. Guideoverseas teachers to build the general understanding of school’s development.
4.Have thecapability of summarizing and conveying the information. Solve problems effectively and appropriately.
5. Collect and sort the information and problems. Analyzethe fundamental reason for problems, and feedback to leader team or teacherswho involved.
6.Have the professional capability of judging andobservation. Help overseas teachers to develop themselves and devote to school communityby the attitude of appreciation.
