Christine Ye, nominated by Chris DrewChristine has really stepped up this month while Graeme and I have been away. She has been coordinating and planning for several current and future projects, an area that is outside of her normal roll.Accountability:Christine has been using the phrase "I got it" to take things off our plates. Wewill be discussing a project andwhat needs to be done and here comes Christine saying she will do this, that and the other.Integrity:These are not items that fall under Christine's job description, but are things that help the company. This has meant extra time at the office and a very very busy schedule.Thirst for Learning:Another area that Christine has excelled at this month is with trying to develop relationships. There were several events that others could not attend and Christine volunteered herself to go.
