优点：沟通互动实践的方法引导学生产生学习的欲望。

Advantage:Communication and practical teaching method can encourage students more willing to learn.

潜在弱点：但是纪律性和对与错的辨别力培养缺乏。

Weakpoint: Lack of discipline and lack in distinguishing what's right or wrong.

适合学员：不是很喜欢学习，甚至抗拒学习，但是喜欢在玩中领悟的学生。

Applicable student type: Having trouble making him/herself to commit in studies, but is able to learn while having fun.

中国式教育--

Chinese style--

优点：尊老爱幼，尊师敬长，文化课程效果见效明显迅速。

Advantage:Respect and discipline, fast and obvious noticeable academic results.

弱点：课程没有西式风格教育有趣，家庭作业比NZ多，虽然有奖励和表扬也会有抄写或者加作业之类的处罚。

Weakpoint: The lessons are less fun than Western Style, homeworks are more than usual NZ homework. Rewards for intergrity are accompanied with punishment for naughtiness after each lesson.

适合学员：不需要过多鼓励自己就很愿意学习，愿意进步的学员。

Applicable student type: Students who are willing to learn and studing hard without any pushing.

中西结合--

International education

优点：有沟通互动，也有纪律和道德，知识和习惯双向同时培养。

Advantage: Effective communication and practical teaching plus discipline and ethics are all included.

潜在弱点：学生因犯错收到处罚的时候可能会产生负面能量。

Weakpoint: Student might create negative energy when punished for unacceptable behaviour.

适合学员：家长有时间配合老师执行一些家庭教育的赏罚的学员。

Applicable student type: Whose parents have enough time and are willing to support teachers on family educations and enforcement of class regulations.

直播课，价格低廉，但是无法互动。

Live video lessons, they're cheap and very much affordable but students are unable to interact with the teacher.

一名老师负责教学8~10名学员的视频互动课。价格比直播课略高。

An online video chat lesson which include one teacher interacting with around 8 to 10 students. It will cost a little more than live video classes.

一对一实时视频教学,比8~10人课要少了一点趣味，价格略贵。但是学员每节课收货将会最大化。

An online video chat including one teacher teaching only one student. It will be less fun than 8¬10 students' video chat, and it will also be a little expensive, but the outcome of each classes is maximize for the student.
